MODE OF PAYMENT :-

PLEASE NOTE :-
·         This proposal is valid for the said dates or months; prices are subject to change without prior notice.
·         All bookings are Non Refundable. No refund will be done in case of any kind of cancelletions.
·         Above package cost is calculated as per the current ROE (xe.com). In case ROE increased, the difference will be payable by the guest at the time of final payment. So we recommend all guest to pay complete payment in advance in order to avoid currency fluctuations.
·         Rohtang Pass Not Included in this Package . For Rohtang Pass guest need to hire manali Taxi Union Vehicle  themselves Only. The company will not be responsible for any Mess or Confusions.
·         Above mentioned hotel is booked after receiving Confirmation From guests. We accept the same that guest has gone through all hotel details thoroughly. The Company will not be responsible for any service related issue after booking or during journey.
·         In case AC units fails or Bus Coach Breakdown , AMM holidays Will not be responsible for the same or any alternate transportation.
·         In case of any Electricity issue facing at hotel, the company will not be responsible for the same as we can’t control power breakup issues.
·         Once confirmation is received, no cancellation will be allowed. Cancellation will not be allowed including natural disaster & calamities & other nature with the same kind.
·         Any Kind of date change or modifications is not possible for this booking .client will not be eligible for the refund in case of cancellations.
·         Flight Fares are not guaranteed until ticked, So we recommend you to book earliest in order to avoid fare changes.
·         Require full payment for Airlines part before issuances of air tickets, kindly note tickets are non-refundable. No amount will be refunded back in case of cancellation.
·         The Company shall not be responsible for baggage in Airlines, we recommend all passengers to cross-check baggage policy themselves with the concerned Airlines before confirming the tickets. We do not hold any responsibility for Checkin baggage & Cabin baggage. In case baggage needs to be purchased separately at the airport, the guest needs to pay directly.
·         Sightseeing itinerary mentioned above may be changed by local transporter in high peak season.
·         AC will not operate in hilly areas.
·         In case of Departure less than 15 Days Full payment has to be given at the time of Booking.
·         In case of non-availability, Hotels suggested in the itinerary can be changed even after the confirmation or before the confirmation.. In that case suggested alternative will be equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of category.
·         In case of any kind of cancellation/Bounce Booking/Decline booking at the last moment from Airline, Train, Bus, Hotels, Taxi, Tours & transfers, sightseeing etc. The company will not be responsible for the same & No refund will be generated.
·         We book the room in a certain room type. Any kind of upgrade or downgrade given to the client by the hotel is as a dispute between the hotel and the client for which we have no control. Also any kind of amenities or services not provided by the hotel/Airline will be a dispute between the hotel/Airline and the client.
·         We book basic room in the hotel booked by us, unless specified the room category.
·         We are intermediary who book and arrange all services for our clients.The services are provided by the service providers such as Hotels, Airlines, Transporters etc for which we do not have control on their quality and you are requested to speak to them directly for any service related issue.
·         The room category is assigned at the time of Checkin as per availability.
·         As you are aware - that AMM Holidays is just a booking agent. We do not control, own, create or direct hotels & their rates and inventory updates. All inventory & rates are subject to availability at the time of Booking. In case hotel does not honor the booking on or before the departure date, our team will work hard and will Book the Best similar category hotel for your stay.The client will not be eligible for any refund.
·         Travellers have to ensure all their travelling documents are valid such as Passport, Visa, etc. AMM Holidays is not responsible if travellers are denied by customs or securities due to invalid documents.
·         Please read the notes & below T&C to get full clarity on the same.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS :-
  • Above is just a quote and the     same is subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.
·         Above itinerary is a suggested itinerary & not a confirmed one as it can be changed by our local transporter or vendor . AC will not operate in hilly areas.
·         Booking is only confirmed once 100% payment Received 21 Days prior to departure date or as per the payment time limit given by the company.
·         All Payments shall be cleared as per the payment time limit given by the company. In case of non-payment/less payment booking is automatically cancelled & no refund will be generated.
·         All services provided and assured by the Company are subject to full realization of payment prior to departure. If payment to the Company is made by cheque or NEFT, The Package/ tour component will be delivered only after accounts clearance.
·         All Bookings are non-refundable. No refund will be done in case of any kind of cancelletions.
·         All rates and confirmation are subject to availability at the time of booking.
·         The company has the right to cancel any tour or tour component at any time, in case any kind of misbehaviour is found or threat is given to company or its members/executives. No refund will be generated for the same.
·         Kindly report on time for All Tours & Transfers, In order to avoid any inconvenience. Please inform us in case of flight / train / bus delay.Otherwise driver will not wait. No refund will be generated.
·         In case of any cancellation from Airlines, no refund will be generated for the same.
·         The Company shall not be responsible for Baggage in Airlines, we recommand all passengers to cross-check baggage policy themselves with the concerned Airlines, we do not hold any responsibility for Checkin baggage & Cabin baggage.
·         The flight details are mostly fixed But can changed as well with an alternate flight in case of non-availability of seats.The client will not be eligible for any refund.
·         The Hotel will give room Double or twin as per the availability for which we have no control,the above said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability).
·         Any unused tickets or services cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
·         AMM Holidays (P)  Ltd. as being a reputed and responsible travel agency, provides you the best possible information about the hotels, airlines, transportation, and railways. However, it is advised to all the clients to make a personal Enquiry to avoid any confusion & mess. We strongly recommend all our clients to cross-check star category of hotel before booking.
·         The Above tour cost is calculated as per the current taxes, visa charges and other charges as per the current date.Any change till the time of departure or any additional cost of such nature will have to be taken care by the client.  
·         Any kind of dispute will not be verbally accepted. we will require the invoice,slips & requisite documents with details.
·         AMM Holidays (P) Ltd. As being a reputed Destination Management Company holds the responsiblity to Provide a Complete Travel Kit Like flights/buses/train tickets with PNR, Hotel Confirmation Voucher & All Tours & Transfers. Apart from above said services AMM Holidays Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any kind of delay, damages, losses, mess or any additional expenses, etc.
·         Service Receiver will not be eligible to claim input tax credit on the basis of Invoice issued.
·         We do not provide any Porter Services.
·         All sightseeing, stay, tours & transfers are subject to road, weather, political conditions, strike, riots etc at a respective destination.In case of natural calamity, political conditions like strike, riots etc AMM Holidays Private Limited will not be held responsible for any  cancellations or increase in prices.
·         Any kind of delays in flight due to fog or technical problem ,is not the responsibility of AMM Holidays & any kind of hotel cancellations and no shows will be the responsibility of the client.
·         There maybe certain Surcharges applicable at the time of Booking of the Holiday Package.
·         The Company has the right at any time and for any reason to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility, it has mentioned in tour proposal ,advertised or published, or to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case the Company shall not be liable for any damages, additional expenses or consequential loss suffered by the Tourist/Group.
·         The Company shall not be responsible  For Any death, personal injury, sickness,accident, loss, delays, increased expenses or consequential damages by any misadventure or otherwise caused.
·         The Cost of Tickets (Bus,Train,Flight-Domestic or International, etc) does not include any Insurance Premium. The Tourist/Group will have to pay any such premium at their own cost.
·         All tour programmes and packages/ tour components are subject to laws, rules and regulat/Group are on tour and back. The Company will have no responsibility in respect of any condition brought about by any such laws, etc., or due to act of God.
·         The company has right to amend, cancel or withdraw any tour or tour component in case of non payment or delay in payment before departure, so we recommend you to pay full payment for tour package or component as per the payment time limit, in order to avail all services.
·         The inclusions mentioned in the itinerary are for reference purposes and all the inclusions are subject to your package type booked based on above pricing and acceptance.
·         All tickets issued such as, but not limited to, ferry tickets & amusements park ticket are fixed and non endorsable and non refundable and no amendments could be made.if travellers want to amend the arrangements, travellers have to make their own arrangements at their own cost & no transfer service will be provided.
·         Grant-of visa is solely at the discretion of a particular country’s Immigration Authority,  and AMM Holidays (P) Ltd. does not hold any responsibility for any visa rejection to traveller. It is the Immigration Authority Decision of a particular Country to Allow Enter in their Country. If Immigration Authority denies , AMM Holidays doesn't hold any responsibility of any rejection.
·         In case of visa rejection of a particular country by the Embassy or in case of any delay in submitting documents for visa application, the company does’nt hold any responsibility for any delay or rejection & no refund will be generated for the same.
·         In case of countries having VISA ON ARRIVAL facilities, the guest are requested to check the visa guidelines. If the immigration authority denies due to any reason The company shall not be responsible for the same.
·         Any Delay or Cancellation of program due to weather or other reasons will not be eligible for any refund.
·         Government issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check in for incidental charges.
·         Any increase in the price due to taxes will be borne by you and payable at the hotel.
·         The primary age of the guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
·         Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
·         It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
·         Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc... All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
·         Hotel may charge any additional Tourism tax at the time of Checkin. Which need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
·         Hotels may not allow local residents as guests to check-in. This is strictly subjected to the Hotel Policies and AMM Holidays Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for such check-in denials.
·         Hotels reserves the right of admission. Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Similarly accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. AMM Holidays Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
·         Please note it is not possible to  cancel only one passenger out of two ( or in proportion  when more passengers are travelling ).No modification can be done after booking & client will  not be eligible for any refund.
·         Selective offers of AMM Holidays will not be valid for a cancellation or modification of booking.
·         Standard hotel check-in time Outside India is 02:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.
·         The standard check-in time in india is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time in india is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.   • AMM Holidays Pvt Ltd will arrange the rooming, transportation     & sightseeing as per the final tour proposal send to lead guest or company.     The Total Billing amount  will be     generated as per the final tour proposal send to Lead Guest or company. In     case number of guests increased , the same need to be settle by lead guests     or company directly at respective destination. AMM Holidays Pvt Ltd will     not be held responsible for any unforeseen situation or refund. In case     no. of guest decreased as per the final tour proposal send to lead guest     or company, we will not be responsible for any cancellation or refund.     Billing will be done before departure as per the final tour proposal &     it cannot be changed/modified.
  • Billing will be generated as per the final tour     proposal send to lead guest or company.Guest or company are requested to     pay full amount as per the payment deadline given by the company before     departure.In case of non-payment/less payment as per the actual billing, the     company has the right to cancel tour package or tour component. Guest or     company will not be eligible for any refund.
·         All sightseeing tours are subject to road, weather, political conditions at a respective destination.In case of natural calamity AMM Holidays Private Limited will not be held responsible for any cancellation or refund.
·         The vehicles for Outstations are set with particulars KM limits, in case the KM limit exceeds, the guest has to settle with the driver directly.
·         Rates are calculated on basis of special hotel package prices. Due to limited inventory prices can change without any prior notice.
·         City Taxes, gst, property tax, tourism tax, service tax & Permit Charges (If Any) will be additional and same needs to be settled by the guest directly.
·         Any Disputes are subject to jurisdiction at the Delhi Court of Law.

  • Any form of confirmation in terms of email,verbal with     advance payment will be treated as confirmation. We also understand that     the client/company accepts the above notes, terms & conditions before     confirming the above holiday package or Services.
